This charming brownie has just the right amount of tart in the raspberries to balance the sweetness of the white chocolate, all tempered by the nutty allure of sliced and crushed almonds. This is the sweetest and most cakey of the brownies we have at Viscaya Baking Company. It has also proven to be an enduring favorite.
The individually wrapped pack comes with one warming bag (made with FSC certified unbleached paper) per brownie. The brownies are delivered frozen and can remain frozen for at least one month, and when heated have that just out of the oven flavor.
This brownie flavor is ready to order and will be baked in December, as per Flavor Schedule.
